Taylor Morrison debuts the Hearthstone Community in Broomfield, CO.

The ever-expanding Taylor Morrison is continuing their reign of delivering beautiful, amenity-rich housing with one of their newest projects, Hearthstone. Located in Broomfield, CO, an increasingly popular winter destination, Broomfield offers 7,000 acres of open space, a to-die-for view of the Front Range Mountains, and a quick drive to several Colorado ski resorts near both Boulder and Denver.

In theme with the active winter market that is drawn to this outdoorsy area, Hearthstone features modern farmhouse elevations with open floor plans and extensive windows throughout. Buyers have the option of various structural options to customize how they want to live in their home.

“The name Hearthstone literally means a gathering space.” Valerie Varney, Marketing Manager of the CO division at Taylor Morrison explained. “We wanted to build a collection reflective of the Colorado lifestyle and all that that entails.”

Open floorplans & thoughtful spacing creates a more appealing home for buyers.

Hearthstone has two different projects within it – the Town Collection and the City Collection. “The Town Collection offers our smaller 35’ lineup and includes ranch and two story floorplans ranging from 1656-2359 square feet with up to six bedrooms and two car garages,” Varney detailed. “The City Collection features our larger 40’ floorplans ranging from 1932-3000 up to six bedrooms and up to three car garages. Both collections highlight thoughtful spaces, open floorplans and attractive elevations to choose from.”

Being in the active / outdoorsy location that is Broomfield, it was important for Hearthstone to reflect that. Optional covered outdoor living spaces is just one of the multiple amenities that buyers are offered during the home buying process as well as multiple bathroom and kitchen configurations.

Buyers have the option of multiple bathroom and kitchen configurations to better customize their homes to their needs.

As always, the project team at Taylor Morrison worked very hard to give buyers the best experience possible. “The project team worked very closely on this community; weekly meetings were conducted to ensure schedules were adhered to and the community opened on time,” Varney said. “Meetings are ongoing as we continue to develop the community and the surrounding area. We want the community to cater to the lifestyle of our buyers and we strive to deliver not just an incredible home but an amazing experience.”

The amazing experience they provide their customers along with the active lifestyle and amenity rich area they provide makes this a highly popular community; “Our new elevations along with our spacious floorplans and affordable price point allows us to differentiate ourselves in the highly competitive landscape,” Varney said.

The spacious floorplans and affordable prices allow this Taylor Morrison Community to differentiate itself in a highly competitive area.

Development for this 178 home community began in April of 2017, and full build out is expected to be completed near spring of 2021. That being said – the development did not come without challenges. By introducing a new 35’ product with no basement, meant having to find locations for water heaters and furnaces. What ended up being a very popular solution was incorporating tankless water heaters and creative space planning for furnaces, and even ends up being more energy efficient.

Each Taylor Morrison home is built with the finest materials including 2 x 6 exterior walls and double pane windows, which results in higher R values, less heat loss, and equates to great overall energy efficiency. Then whence completed, Taylor Morrison energy inspectors come in to inspect and ensure that each home meets or exceeds all municipality requirements.

Taylor Morrison became America’s Most Trusted® Home Builder by offering quality housing and a personalized experience.

Taylor Morrison will continue to grow because they offer quality housing at various price ranges, and a multitude of attractive locations – Heathstone being just one of many attractive neighborhoods. With premium locations, as well as offering customizable options to their prospective buyers, as well as staying customer minded, Taylor Morrison will continue to expand throughout cities. After recently completed acquisition of AV Homes, the newly combined organizations are expected to continue to grow throughout 2018 and beyond.
