Located in Phoenix, AZ. Belmont at Somerset offers luxury living for growing families.

The New Home Company is known for customer satisfaction. A multiyear recipient of “The Eliant” for Best Overall Customer Experience in the Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards as reported in the March 2018 issue of Builder and Developer written by yours truly – their method stays the same: “Building homes is an incredibly important thing to do with your life,” Larry Webb, Chief Executive Officer of The New Home Company, stated in the March issue. “Along with that belief is a responsibility to always do the right thing for your customers. This is the most important priority for every New Home team member.” The statement rang true then, just as it rings true now.

Last year, The New Home Company was named the Fastest Growing Public Company in Orange County on a list published by the Orange County Business Journal. The top ranking was based on NEW HOME’s 208 percent revenue growth over the previous two years. It’s not hard to see that The New Home Company has achieved skyrocketing success from their business plan that is primarily focused on consumer satisfaction.

Earlier this year, continuing its success of building California’s most awarded communities, The New Home Company earned “Community of the Year” honors at Northern California MAME Awards and San Diego ICON Awards. Both awards programs recognize the homebuilding industry’s best in design, marketing, and professional achievement for their respective regions.

“For us to win two Community of the Year Awards on the same weekend, in two unique California markets, and for two distinctly different product types, is as exciting as it gets for us,” said NEW HOME Chief Marketing Officer, Joan Marcus Webb. “Our mission is to be rewarded for the exceptional design of every home we build—big or small, detached or attached. These awards validate the hard work we put forth every day for our customers.”

Always staying customer focused creates opportunities for improvement and innovation. They recently launched their newly-designed, and now mobile-friendly website; the site will help handle the “substantial increase in online visitors” and offer a more user-friendly experience to consumers who are increasingly basing their home buying on online research. “The new website is full of practical features that make the connection from introduction to action much shorter and more compelling,” Joan Webb said in a statement. “It is also flexible so that it can easily scale with us as we expand into additional markets. We look forward to hearing what our customers think.”

Belmont Homes have up to seven bedrooms & were designed by Bassenian Lagoni Architects.

One of their newest neighborhoods, Belmont – a collection of 53 spacious single-family homes within the master-planned community of Somerset in Gilbert, Arizona – again showcases The New Home Company’s focus on customer satisfaction, this time by delivering what the area’s consumers need, and that includes sustainability.

Though not known for being green and sustainable, The New Home Company listens when consumers say they want more green amenities. Belmont offers Energy Star appliances, HVAC / Programmable thermostats, LED lighting, Low VOC Paint, Smart Home Technology, Tankless Water Heaters, as well as water saving options and good insulation and weatherization. These sustainable amenities are now staples in most NEW HOMES.

Located in Gilbert, AZ. The New Home Company recognized the necessity of providing outdoor living spaces.

“We’re extremely proud of the thoughtfully designed homes at Belmont and we’re excited to be a part of Gilbert, the fastest growing city in Metropolitan Phoenix,” said NEW HOME Arizona Division President Pat Moroney. “With some of the largest residences in the region, Belmont is ideal for large, growing families and our two furnished models will allow future buyers to experience these expansive homes first-hand. We look forward to our Grand Opening and expect even greater success once home shoppers can see the level of craftsmanship NEW HOME brings to Belmont.”

Success does not stop there – The New Home Company will continue to be busy into 2019 working on selling four master planned communities, and three developments in both Northern California and Arizona. For more information on The New Home Company, visit
